All of our skin consultations result in a plan to treat your skin concerns, whether that be a skin condition (such as acne, pigmentation or redness) a pretentative or maintenance plan or an understanding of the products and ingredients that will work best for you.

This appointment time is perfect if you have been to us before and are looking for a product refresh or if you are not sure which facial you would like to book in with us (we can get you onto some cosmeceutical skin care to get your prepped for your first treatment).
Observ Skin Analyser Consultation #1
Advanced consult + skin care plan only (no treatment on the day)
Time: Allow 45 minutes
Price: $149 – redeemable on any skin care purchase or treatment pack sake on the day.
Lets get to know you…..like REALLY get to know YOU. In this consultation we are able to take the time to give you a thorough skin analysis with our Observ Skin Analyser. We can ask you a lot of questions and answer all of yours! We will give you in depth information about what ingredients would be great for your skin and tailor a detailed plan for how we are going to get you amazing results for your skin concerns.
This consultation is best suited to those who have a lot of questions, have a defined skin goal in mind and are prepared to commit to a skin treatment plan and thorough home care routine…..but want all the information before having a treatment with us.
Observ Skin Analyser Consultation #2
Advanced skin consultation + skin care plan + skin treatment
Time: Allow up to 1.75 hours (depending on the skin treatment
Price: $257
Lets get skin serious….this consult is similar to our Skin Consultation #1, but allows you to also have your first treatment on the day (yay!).
We will have an in depth look at your skin with our Observ Skin Analyser, answer your questions and put together a plan for how we are going to achieve your goals – completely tailored to suit you of course!
This consultation is best suited to those who have a lot of questions, have a defined skin goal in mind and are prepared to commit to a skin treatment plan and thorough home care routine……and want to have their first treatment on the day.

Notification of your appointment
We will send you an SMS & an email 48hrs prior to your appointment to allow for any changes or cancellations.
Booking deposit
A 50% deposit is required to secure all bookings. This is payable at time of booking.
Cancellation policy
We understand that sometimes you may need to change your booking. We kindly request 24 hours notice so we can offer that time slot to another client. Your deposit will be held for your next booking, or refunded. However if you don't provide us with 24 hours notice or you fail to turn up for your appointment, you may send a friend or family member in your place, or your deposit or pre-paid appointment will be forfeited.

I visited this cosy clinic on a rainy day last month. Amanda was my facialist, who conducted a skin review before advising on what to go with. It was definitely one of the best facials I have ever had, so relaxing & my skin was glowing afterwards. Highly recommend!

Had a facial with Amanda for the first time after finding the place on Google, as my regular spot didn’t have any booking for the day. Ended up being one of the best facials I have experienced so far. Amazing service, Amanda gave me the perfect recommendations after taking my skin’s needs and concerns into account. Came out feeling relaxed and rejuvenated! I will definitely be back.

Updated 18/9/22: I still visit Take Off regularly but I now see Jazz every 2 months for skin treatments and eyebrow. Jazz is amazing. He fixes my skin and has managed to keep my sensitive prone to eczema skin under control. He has also performed some magic to my patchy uneven eyebrows.I won’t go anywhere else for facials and eyebrows.I decided to book a facial at Take Off after reading the glowing reviews here and I had to say, it was brilliant. My therapist, Cecilia, is knowledgeable and very thorough. The skin analysis was so helpful. O'Cosmedics products used on my skin are gentle and they smelt amazing. Even after peel, steam and extraction, my skin still felt hydrated afterwards. No redness or any slight feeling of discomfort. I will definitely be back.

Have gotten my eyebrow shaped/waxed a few times and takeoff, the last time I went, I came out disappointed as the shape weren't consistent between the left & right.I gave takeoff another go, and this time chose Mone B for my appointment. She is amazing! She took the the time to discuss the shape and suggested a tint and I came out so happy with my eyebrows and with her service and skills. I think I've found my favourite local eyebrow person!!

Amanda from TakeOff is a goddess!! She has been my go to skin therapist since 2018 and holy wow does my skin love me for it! I trust her with my life and I constantly get so many compliments on my skin- and as someone who had acne as a teenager and thus had to resort to intense medication this is the highest compliment! I stay looking young simply because Amanda is in charge of my treatments and my skin care routine! COULD NOT recommend TakeOff or Amanda more!

I started going to Take Off because it was closer to home than my last beautician. I've continued going because the team is wonderful.I've been seeing Amanda for the past eight months. I appreciate her approach to beauty therapy--she asks questions, listens to my concerns, and makes suggestions appropriately. If I already have products that I like using, she works around them. I don't feel like she's trying to upsell me or get me to buy certain things "just because." And my skin has never looked better. :)Also, unlike many places, Take Off doesn't have a revolving staff of employees, which says a lot about what the team values. My skin and I highly recommend this one!

My skin never looked/felt better!!!Never being the one to 'pamper myself' or get facials, I tried Take Off earlier this year after receiving a voucher for a facial treatment and can I say WOW!After receiving just one treatment I noticed a difference straight away and realised things such as my blackheads and rosacea could easily be treated with only a monthly visit for a facial. If I knew this beforehand, I would have visited sooner. Ever since this first experience I have gone back for monthly facials. Each time I am greeted by friendly staff who are so knowledgeable about what your skin needs (they are also very respectful of your budget and never try to up sell you).I look forward to my monthly visits as it is such a relaxing and comfortable environment - See you next month!

I have been seeing Amanda from Take Off Skin & Body since 2016. She is experienced, knowledgable and always so lovely and patient. I believe my skin loves me extra more after every visit (except maybe after Dermapen but we all know that it's all worth it - goodbye pores!).This is the place I can trust my skin with and I know I will miss it dearly moving away from Melbourne.

I saw Imogen today and received a thorough consultation and treatment for a very affordable price. I have very sensitive skin with eczema and struggle with facial treatments as many products will cause irritation and redness that can last for days. I actually went in mid flare up and came out with my skin looking much improved and the redness receded further throughout the day.There was no upselling or pressure to buy. Instead I came away with a sample so I can test out the product at home before buying which is a must for sensitive skin I think.I only wish I lived in Melbourne so I could see Take Off Skin and Body regularly!

Love how they do a full analysis on your skin first before going ahead with any treatment. I have never looked back. They also don't pressure you into buying any products or spam you with emails. I had Jane and she was amazingly helpful in educating good skincare and what I can do at home to better improve my skin. Definitely worth checking out!
